How to Use

Aromatic

Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily, with burner or aroma diffuser.

Topical

Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area eg. sore arthritis, bottom of feet. For use on more sensitive skin, mix 2-3 drops of Frankincense essential oil with an unscented carrier oil or lotion. Apply on skin areas with surgical scars, stretch marks, redness, acne blemishes or irritated skin.
